I am deeply saddened by the incidents that are happening in London recently and deeply disheartened by the compromised spirit of humanity around the world. As humans, we operate 95% from our unconscious level and only 5% from our conscious level. This is one of the reasons why people can inflict such pain on others. The limited beliefs and the suffering they have may come from a place of disconnection to their essence. The root cause may be a trauma in their childhood or a karmic debt that they are disconnected from the self. They are acting out their unmet human needs and driven to feel significant, screaming out for attention for all the wrong reasons even if it means a certain end to their own lives.
Understanding emotional awareness is a must in human existence. We need to be able to communicate our emotions without feeling threatened in order to find that deep-rooted cause of our self-disconnect and find peace and acceptance of ourselves and others for who they are. It has to start with unconditional self-love and compassion. If we don’t have love and acceptance for ourselves we can not love others. A journey to inner self is a must to make peace with whatever is going on inside.
“The salvation of man is through love and in love.” Viktor Frankl
Love is the ultimate and highest goal a human can aspire. In the absence of love, we give permission and consciousness to darkness to rule and destroy our connectedness as one with the universe. In the absence of love, mankind will continue to suffer the appalling atrocities that human beings commit against on one another.
“The greatest gift that you can give to others is the gift of unconditional love and acceptance.” Brian Tracy
